Launch at Embrace Hall in conjunction with JB Distro Day.
Awesomely crazy merch like cassettes, jackets, pins and even punkrock bathroom slippers were on sale. There was buzzing everywhere (especially in the head) warming up the festival. Warm was an understatement. However, it lends nicely to the blasts of the many bands, amping up the transfer of energy to the audiences.
Jimbo, from Hellexist and owner of Broken Noise upped the notch of the festival when he lent his vocal on Protest's 'Stop This War'. There were singalongs, slamming and circling the pit throughout the day. The assault goes on, one after another, sapping energy off everyone but it was all worthwhile. Many boxsets and tees were sold but they can never outgun any experience of playing for people. For family.
